The goal of this renovation was to maintain the house’s close connection to its woodland surroundings.   Large view windows and a substantially rebuilt pier + beam foundation allow the owner to enjoy the house’s perch on a lush creekside hill while durable cedar siding complements the landscape palette of native plants.   In addition to new flooring and wall finishes, the first floor renovation also included complete kitchen and bath remodels.
